1996 Ford Mustang Cobra "Krimpstang" by Bill Tumas

The "Krimpstang" is a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra built by Bill Tumas in honor of his friend Andrew "Krimpet" Bauer. This car, originally owned by Krimpet, has been transformed into an NMRA Factory Stock racer. Tumas retained much of the car's original character but upgraded it with a Coyote Stock crate engine and an array of performance parts with the help of numerous friends and sponsors. The car boasts a Tremec TKO600 transmission, a Ford Racing driveshaft, and Race Star Drag Star wheels, among other enhancements. Tumas has paid tribute to his friend through the continued legacy of the "Krimpstang," which ran an impressive 10.55-second ET during its best performance.
