1996 Honda Civic DX by Huy Hoang

Huy Hoang's 1996 Honda Civic DX is a testament to the relationships and shared experiences built through automotive projects. Initially a temporary project to manage his anticipation for another build, the Civic evolved significantly over time. Starting with a K20A3 engine transplant, the build culminated in a K20A bottom end with a Z3 head and a Jackson Racing supercharger. Hoang overhauled nearly every aspect of the vehicle except for the paint. The Civic features a complete overhaul to an EK9 Civic Type R interior, a Cusco 6-point roll cage, Recaro SPG bucket seats, and notable involvement from friends and industry contacts. This project reflects not only an impressive build but also the relationships and community Hoang developed along the way.
