Snotty 350-Powered 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Ex-Racer
This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air, a former drag racer from Englishtown's Raceway Park, has been revived by Steve Drucker in New Jersey. Initially equipped with a 327ci Corvette engine, the Bel Air now runs a 'snotty' 350 backed by an M20 four-speed manual transmission. The car retains its vintage charm with EELCO front ball-joint extensions giving it a straight axle look, along with period-correct 4” Fenton skinnies upfront and 15x8 steel wheels at the back. The vintage lacquer panel paint job over a pearl white base, applied in 1972, completes its nostalgic aesthetic.
