Custom Toyota FJ40 "Land Kreuzer" by Mad Goat Customs
The "Land Kreuzer" is a custom 1972 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser built by Jon Lagler of Mad Goat Customs for owner Bob Colfer. The vehicle features extensive modifications, including a BMW M70 V12 engine with a Getrag 420G six-speed manual transmission, integrated into a scratch-built frame using Corvette and GTO suspension components. The truck's distinctive appearance is accentuated by a 5-inch roof chop, custom wheel arches, and painted in ’07-09 Toyota Voodoo Blue. The FJ40's transformation took Lagler three-and-a-half years to complete, culminating in a show-winning build that stands out for its audacious engineering and design choices.
