2019 Toyota Tacoma "The Performance Truck" by Brad DeBerti
Brad DeBerti has transformed a stock 2019 Toyota Tacoma into a high-performance machine dubbed "The Performance Truck." Known for their unique automotive creations, the DeBerti team took Formula 1 racecar design cues to build a one-of-a-kind showstopper that's both powerful and visually impactful. A TRD NASCAR V8 engine with 900 horsepower powers this Tacoma, which is capable of 10,000 RPM, thanks to Toyota Racing Development's collaboration. The DeBertis incorporated custom features such as an F1-style aero kit, a widebody kit, and centerlock wheels with BF Goodrich Rival tires. They created a custom steering system for drifting and equipped it with top-notch braking from Alcon. The truck uses a DeBerti-designed strut-style suspension with QA1 shocks and Feal Suspension struts, paired with a four-link rear suspension. The interior is fitted with Sparco seats, an AEM Performance Electronics dashboard, and safety features for racing conditions. Despite its track focus, the truck remains street legal.
